MGA's Department of Psychology and Criminal Justice is excited to introduce their psychology newsletter, "PSYCH INSIGHTS."
A new creation of psychology faculty member Dr. Amanda Avera, the newsletter will be released on a regular basis to further connect psychology students and faculty. It will include information regarding departmental events, student spotlights, updates about psychology faculty, advertised opportunities for research assistant experience, jokes, and Q&A segments.
New planned sections for the next issue will include: “The Skeptics Corner” with information on some failed replications, ‘reversals’ of some psychology findings (e.g., podcast links and articles), and skeptical thinking-related things.
