MGA, Robins Air Force Base Graduate First Strategic Partnership Cohort

This spring, the 78th Air Base Wing at Robins Air Force Base graduated its inaugural strategic partnership cohort from Middle Georgia State University.

The group began its academic journey at MGA in spring 2024, enrolling in the University’s Master of Business in Professional Leadership program.

That same spring, MGA and Robins Air Force Base renewed their partnership to provide service members and their families with access to both online and on-campus degree programs that support their professional goals. Through the collaboration, Robins Air Force Base covers tuition and textbook expenses, while MGA offers students access to resources and ongoing support at the Warner Robins Campus to help them succeed both academically and professionally.

"'We designed a tailored curriculum blending courses in leadership, organizational behavior, decision theory, and data-driven decision making,' said Dr. Marc Miller, dean of MGA’s School of Business and MBPL program coordinator. 'This approach ensured that each participant honed their management decision-making skills while cultivating transformative leadership capabilities—key traits for their evolving roles at Robins Air Force Base and beyond.'"
