MGA students! The Office of Housing & Residence Life is seeking student volunteers to help with the Fall 2025 Move-In Experience on Saturday, August 9, and Sunday, August 10. Volunteers are a vital part of this experience and help with a variety of areas including, but not limited to directing traffic flow, moving student belongings, providing helpful information, and welcoming residents.
For residential students wishing to volunteer, you also have the option to move in early either on August 6 or August 8 with no early move-in fee (as long as you show up and complete your shifts). If you choose to move in early, you must sign up for at least 2 volunteer shifts over the weekend. Residential students wishing to use the early move-in option must complete the volunteer sign-up form by July 10.
In addition to being part of a positive move-in experience, volunteers will also receive a move-in t-shirt as supplies last.
