Information technology students in Dr. Tina Ashford's ITEC 3220 Hardware and Systems Software course achieved outstanding results on the PC Pro Certification exam this semester.
Out of 52 students, 42 passed the exam, earning an impressive 81 percent class pass rate, well above the 2025 Georgia average of 55 percent and the national average of 56 percent.
The PC Pro exam is a rigorous, performance-based certification that assesses practical skills in using Windows, PC hardware and software, networking, security features, and mobile devices.
These results reflect the students’ hard work and dedication, as well as the University’s commitment to hands-on, real-world IT education.
