Phipps, professor of management, who has been named to the advisory board of the International Panel on Social Progress (IPSP), a global initiative that unites scholars, social innovators, business leaders, policymakers, philanthropists, and other change-makers to explore, debate, and promote pathways for a better society.
The advisory board brings together 60+ top thinkers from academia, civil society, government, and beyond. Phipps, who has served as an associate research fellow at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School’s Centre for Social Innovation (UK), brings expertise in management history, entrepreneurship, HR practices, leadership, social innovation, social sustainability, and the relationship between organizations and society.
