Can you handle the hiss-teria? Slide into Snake-tember at the Macon Campus Library on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. for a wild afternoon of slithery facts and real reptile encounters. The MGA Library will host Kirby Swenson, associate professor of biology, for "Venomous Snakes in Georgia," followed by a snake show and tell with Southeastern Reptile Rescue.

Library events are open to the public. Friends and family are welcome.  

NOTE: There will be real, live snakes at the event.
