MGA’s Department of Teacher Education & Social Work recently held its annual “Wall of Fame” induction ceremony. Fourteen teacher education alumni were inducted this year, not only for being recognized by their schools and school districts as Teachers of the Year, but for the significant impact they have made on the lives of their students across the region. One inductee was a finalist for state Teacher of the Year.
As MGA’s teacher education programs extend into their second decade, the department’s Wall of Fame continues building a sense of community that extends beyond the portals of the University campuses.
