MGA students William Baxley and Kelly Adams, along with Dr. Greg George, economics professor, received the "Best Economics/Finance" paper award at the Southeastern Institute for Operations Research and Management Science annual meeting, held October 9–10 in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Their paper, titled Dynamic Tariff Indexing in Household Moving: Minimizing Distortions of Price Ceilings While Protecting Consumers, explores innovative approaches to balancing consumer protection and pricing efficiency.
