With heartfelt sorrow, we announce the tragic passing of current MGA student Kourtney Whitehead on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, in Bleckley County.
Kourtney transferred to MGA from Central Georgia Technical College in the summer of 2024. She was a junior, majoring in Business Administration, and had been on the Dean's List and/or President's List each semester.
Additional details about arrangements and services will be shared once they have been finalized by the family.
The MGA flag will be flown on all campuses for one week in memory of Kourtney. A letter of condolence will also be sent to the family from the President’s Office.
