Middle Georgia State University has appointed Ms. Kiandra Thomas, M.Ed., M.S.I.T., as its inaugural Deputy Title IX Coordinator, effective January 5, 2026.
An MGA alum, Thomas has supported the university in various roles since 2017 and brings more than five years of experience in higher education, including several years working with MGA’s Title IX operations. She holds two master’s degrees providing a strong foundation for advancing Title IX compliance and support services at the university.
