MGA's Dr. Christina Jackson has been elected as the 2026 President of the Georgia College Personnel Association (GCPA), the state chapter of ACPA–College Student Educators International. Jackson, who serves as Executive Director of Housing & Residence Life at Middle Georgia State University, began her term this month.
GCPA supports higher education professionals through advocacy, collaboration, and initiatives focused on the holistic development of students. As president, Jackson will lead the organization’s executive board in advancing programs such as the “Gather with GCPA” professional development series and the annual GCPA conference.
Her election places her among a select group of leaders recognized for their commitment to student success and professional excellence in higher education. This achievement reflects MGA’s continued investment in strong student affairs leadership and the development of innovative programs that enhance the campus experience.
