Self-Care & Time Awareness in College

The Writing Center presents Self-Care & Time Awareness in College, a workshop designed to help students prioritize their physical and mental well-being. Balancing classes and personal health can be a challenge, so this session focuses on practical techniques you can actually use in your daily life.

Participants will explore new strategies for self-care, discuss ways to stay mindful of their health, and learn how to improve their overall routine for a more balanced semester. Whether you're feeling the mid-semester grind or just want to pick up some better habits, stop by to learn how to keep yourself at your best.
