The Writing Center, the English Studies Organization, and the School of Arts and Letters present an Open Mic event, a creative showcase designed to celebrate student voices in a supportive community. Students are welcome to share their original poetry, short stories, and spoken word performances.
Participants and guests can relax and enjoy the talent of their peers while enjoying snacks and refreshments. Whether you are looking to take the mic or simply want to listen and support the campus creative community, all are welcome. Faculty may also be notified of attendance in case extra credit is available.
