Middle Georgia State University will host its 9th Annual Academic Cybersecurity Seminar (ACS) on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. This event brings together students, faculty, staff, industry professionals, and community partners for a morning focused on today’s rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.
The annual seminar provides an opportunity to engage with current cybersecurity topics, hear from industry and academic experts, and explore critical issues affecting technology, organizations, the workforce, and the broader community. Students from all disciplines—including cybersecurity, IT, computer science, business, healthcare, and beyond—are especially encouraged to attend to see how cybersecurity intersects with nearly every profession.
Attending events like ACS also supports MGA’s ongoing commitment to cybersecurity education, workforce preparation, and community outreach associated with its CAE designation.
