Middle Georgia State University Library presents "The Legend Is Overdue," a 2-minute horror film contest. Currently enrolled MGA students are invited to track down an urban legend or piece of folklore and bring it to life on screen in two minutes or less. Groups are limited to a maximum of four students.
Films can cover local, global, classic, or hometown urban legends and may be shot on any device, including smartphones, camcorders, or DSLRs. Submissions are due by midnight on Friday, October 16, with a public screening scheduled for Thursday, October 29 at 3 PM.
