MGA Police Deploys Speed Trailers on Macon Campus

To help increase the safety of both pedestrians and vehicular traffic, and in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, MGA Police will be deploying a speed-detection trailer on the Macon Campus over the next few weeks.  This device will monitor traffic on and around campus, and will reduce speeding by giving a timely, visual warning to drivers who go over the posted speed limits.  The trailer will be located at positions on University Parkway and Ivey Drive, helping to improve safety for our students, employees, and visitors safe as they return to campus for Fall 2020.  We ask that members of both our campus and local communities please obey all posted speed limits, and be aware of other drivers and pedestrians. Thank you!
