Middle Georgia State University students got a taste of history in a fall lecture when Professor Matt Jennings shared a traditional Indigenous tea made from yaupon holly.
“Maybe what I will do is pour several of these for any student who would like to give it a shot,” Jennings told his class, letting students experience the tea firsthand.
