In partnership with MGA Recreation and Wellness, the Middle Georgia State University Library presents Library Yoga, a welcoming and inclusive environment perfect for practitioners at all levels. This summer series offers students a chance to transition from the stacks to stretches with no finals required.
Students should plan to visit the second floor of the Macon Campus Library or the third floor of Roberts Memorial Library in Cochran on the specified dates. These sessions are designed to help you relax and stay active throughout the summer break. As always, the classes are open to everyone looking to improve their wellness in a supportive campus setting.
