Department of Respiratory Therapy Re-Accreditation

Congratulations to MGA's Department of Respiratory Therapy on receiving a Distinguished RRT Credentialing Success Award from the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).

This is a national recognition given to respiratory therapy programs that demonstrate exceptional student outcomes and credentialing success. CoARC views the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential as a key indicator of a program's effectiveness in preparing graduates for professional practice.

Certificate that reads, "CoARC Comission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care. Distinguished Registered Respiratory Therapist Credentialing Success Presented to Middle Georgia State University (200424). In recognition of the program's success in achieving at least 90% RRT Credentialing Success Awarded with submission of the 2025 RCS. July 12, 2026."
