Merritt Myers Wall Joins MGA as Chief Government & Community Relations Officer

Merritt Myers Wall, an accomplished higher education leader with more than two decades of experience in government affairs and university advancement, is the new chief government and community relations officer at Middle Georgia State University (MGA). 

“The role of chief government and community relations officer is critical to how MGA fulfills its mission as a regional engine for opportunity and progress,” said MGA President Christopher Blake, Ph.D. “Strong relationships with civic and governmental partners are essential to advancing the University’s strategic goals. This work reflects the breadth of MGA’s commitment to collaboration and service in our five campus communities and with multiple stakeholders. Merritt brings a wealth of experience and vision to this vital role, and we are delighted to welcome her to the MGA leadership team.”
